You only need to take a small amount of Tea Tree Oil as it can get itchy. Use a cotton swab to apply it and spread it on your papules. Do not apply the Tea Tree Oil on the whole glans, only on the pearly papules area. Leave it there, if it is too itchy, wash it with water.
Is it painful?

Does it work?
Pearly Penile Papules are in fact a chunk of fibrosis. Those chunks take space; therefore, white bumps appear on the penis, which creates the papules. Using Tea Tree Oil on glans does NOT remove pearly penile papules. It will only dry the area, but drying it will not dissolve the fibrosis. At worst, it can give you scars and important side effects such as loss of sensasion in the area. If it really worked, you should be more worried about what else does it dissolves with it!
