We Checked 255 PPP Clinics. Most Will Not Publish a Price

We went through 255 clinics and doctors offering pearly penile papules removal, across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore and Europe. Then we opened the PPP page of every one of the 68 that either specialise in this or actively market it, and looked for a price.
Twelve of them publish one.
Thirty-six gave no pricing information at all. Nine asked us to call. Eleven had pages that were dead or would not load. So if you have been searching for what this costs and coming up empty, that is not you missing something. It is the industry.

The reason clinics usually give is that the price depends on how many papules you have. That is a fair point. It is also why you pay $150 to $300 for a consultation before anyone will tell you a number.
Worth noting what that means in practice. You book time off, sit in a waiting room, discuss your penis with a stranger, and at the end of it you find out whether you can afford the thing you came for.

Three more clinics published a fee without naming a treatment price: a New York urologist at $385 for a new visit, or $285 prepaid, and a Colorado practice with a time-based schedule running $90 to $785 per visit. Neither tells you what removing your papules would actually cost.
What Method Clinics Actually Use
We also recorded which treatments each listing named. The result surprised us.
CO2 laser dominates. Counting the brand variants clinics advertise, Tetra, CO2RE, UltraPulse, Deka and the rest, some form of CO2 laser appeared in roughly 190 of the listings. Another 50 said simply "laser" without specifying.
Electrodesiccation appeared in 12. Counting electrosurgery, electrocautery and hyfrecation together. Radiosurgery appeared in four, cryotherapy in seven, erbium laser in six.
That gap is worth sitting with. The cheapest effective method is the one almost nobody advertises, while the most expensive one is on nearly every page. A CO2 laser costs a clinic tens of thousands of dollars, and a practice that has bought one has a reason to put it on the website.
What This Means If You Are Booking
- Ask for the price on the phone before you book. Most clinics will give you a range if you ask directly, even when the website does not.
- Ask whether the consultation fee comes off the treatment. One London clinic we checked charges nothing on weekdays and £75 at weekends, for the same appointment.
- Ask how many sessions. Two of the prices above are per session rather than total. One clinic mentions two to four treatments and never gives a total.
- Ask whether they offer electrodesiccation. It is cheaper than laser and clears papules just as well, but few clinics lead with it.
- Watch for two prices on one page. One New York clinic lists $1,499 in its pricing and $800 to $1,500 in its FAQ.
How the At-Home Option Compares

How We Did This
We built a list of 255 clinics and doctors worldwide that offer pearly penile papules removal, sorted into three groups: those that specialise in it, those that market it directly, and those that list it among many treatments.
We then opened the PPP page of all 68 providers in the first two groups and read it for a price. Where a page linked to a separate pricing page, we followed the link. Prices are recorded as written, with no currency conversion. Every entry was checked on 8 September 2026.
Clinics change their pricing. If you find one of these is out of date, tell us and we will update it.
Common Questions
Why do most clinics not publish a PPP removal price?
The usual reason given is that the cost depends on how many papules you have, which is true. It also means you pay $150 to $300 for a consultation before you find out what the treatment costs.
What is the cheapest PPP removal we found?
$400 to $600 Singapore dollars, roughly $300 to $450 US. In the UK, £625 for hyfrecator treatment in London. In Canada, from $685. The highest anywhere was $3,900 in Atlanta.
